Job summary

Back Market is seeking a Senior People Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic and hands-on people support across the business. You’ll guide the employee journey from onboarding to career development and offboarding, shaping our talent strategy and partnering with leaders.

You’ll thrive in an international environment, leveraging French employment law knowledge, fluent English, and strong communication to design performance, mentoring, and career pathways while contributing to global People

Qualifications

• 7–10 years as HRBP or HR manager with full employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of French employment law and international law.
• Experience in an international environment (≥2 years).
• Excellent communication, both written and spoken English.
• Well organized, able to manage multiple topics autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee critical business areas within the People function.
• Support onboarding to offboarding and guide learning and career development.
• Advise and coach leaders on management, design, performance, and compensation.
• Contribute to talent strategy and lead initiatives like performance, mentoring, and career paths.
• Help enhance global People processes to support team growth.
