RX France is seeking a Sales Support Analyst for the RX ISG team based in Puteaux near Paris. You will support the International Sales Group with order processing, quotations, contracts, and invoicing while maintaining accurate customer data in the CRM system.

The role also includes customer service duties and coordinating with the RXPH CS team. You will split time between sales administration (70%) and customer service (30%), with two remote days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Some experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Salesforce is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• 70%: Perform sales administration support including processing quotes, contracts and invoices under the sales team’s direction, maintaining data entry accuracy and updating CRM records.
• 30%: Provide customer service support, be the single point of contact with RXPH CS, drive digital engagement, support payments before events and respond to inquiries promptly.
