RX France is seeking a Sales Support Analyst to join the International Sales Group (ISG) in Puteaux, near Paris. This role provides essential admin and operational support, including order processing, sales documentation, and CRM data updates to aid lead generation and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in business/finance, experience in sales support or admin, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Some experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role, preferably international or multicultural.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• 70%: Provide sales administration support—process quotations, contracts and invoices; maintain data in CRM/GBS and ensure traceability.
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and web forms; support lead generation and customer engagement.
• 30%: Customer service support—coordinate with RXPH CS team; ensure digital engagement and timely responses; assist with payment follow-up for events.
