RX France is seeking a Sales Support Analyst for the RX ISG team in Puteaux, near Paris. You will provide essential administrative and operational support, including order processing, preparing sales documents, and maintaining customer records.

The role is split 70% sales administration and 30% customer service, requiring attention to detail, strong Excel/CRM skills, and English fluency. Remote work up to two days per week is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and records.
• Fluent in English with clear communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle order processing, quotations, contracts and invoices under sales guidance.
• Maintain customer records and data accuracy in CRM/GBS or similar systems.
• Provide timely follow-up on inbound inquiries and support lead generation and engagement.
