RX France is seeking a Sales Support Analyst for the International Sales Group based in Puteaux, near Paris. You will provide administrative and operational support including order processing, quotations, contracts and customer records, while assisting the sales team to drive lead generation and engagement.

The role is split 70/30 between sales administration and customer service, with remote work allowed two days per week.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent work experience) is preferable.
Some experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.

Responsabilités

Provides timely and professional follow-up on inbound customer inquiries received via phone calls and web forms.
Accurately processes quotations, contracts, and invoices under the direction of the sales team/head of sales.
Provides accurate and up-to-date information to the sales team and ensures visibility and traceability of sales support activities through data entry, data analysis and system updates in GBS.
Act as the single point of contact for the office to coordinate work with the RXPH CS team.
Ensure that each customer is properly supported and that digital customer engagement is increased: webinars offered, regular refresh to sales team about RXPH CS initiatives.
Support payment follow-up prior to the event taking place when needed.
