Job summary

Wandercraft is seeking a Customer Intelligence & Sales Operations Intern to support our US and Europe teams. You will work on structuring sales operations, data harmonization, CRM optimization with HubSpot, and market intelligence activities within healthcare institutions.

The role focuses on prospecting, mapping, profiling, KPI reporting, and contributing to cross-regional projects, with opportunities to engage in business development and market exploration in line with Wandercraft’s growth

Qualifications

• Student pursuing a Bachelor’s+4/5 degree (business school, engineering school or university).
• Fluent English required (working language with the US team).
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, HubSpot and ChatGPT/Claude.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve sales processes across US and Europe.
• Map and enrich client and prospect database, analyze market segments and purchasing trends.
• Prospect new clients beyond the existing pipeline and schedule meetings.
• Collaborate with France, US and Europe teams to harmonize customer data.
• Improve dashboards and KPIs for sales tracking and forecasting.
• Assist CRM optimization and migration projects (HubSpot) and train teams.
