Calvatis GmbH is seeking a Sales Administration Specialist to join our team in France. You will manage order processing, editing delivery notes, and track shipments while coordinating with carriers and export colleagues in Germany.

The role requires at least two years in sales administration, strong MS Office skills, SAP knowledge, and excellent English. German is a plus; you should be a rigorous, responsive team player committed to service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of an ERP, SAP strongly desired.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Good knowledge of German (spoken and written) – beneficial.
• Rigor, method and responsiveness.
• Good team player.

Responsabilités

• Order management (entry, delivery note editing and shipment tracking).
• Invoicing and payment follow-up.
• Logistics follow-up: stock checking and coordination with carriers.
• Customer relations: Telephone reception, information, complaint processing.
• Sales interface: Link with field sales and related departments in Germany (export, production and accounting departments).
