Keysight Technologies in Île-de-France (Les Ulis) is seeking a Solution Engineer to work closely with Sales Engineers, serving as the technical interface between customers and Keysight product development. You will join a team of 20+ experts across EMEA to address measurement challenges and expand business with your technical expertise.

Responsibilities include architecting RF measurement solutions, leading engagements, and delivering demos and proposals while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Telecommunitions, Electronics Engineering, Physics or related fields; Master’s preferred (RF/MW/mmW focus).
• 3–6 years experience in test & measurement or RF system validation.
• Hands-on experience with Signal Analyzers, Signal Generators, and Vector Signal Analyzers.
• Strong RF/MW test fundamentals in theory and practice.
• Understanding generation, demodulation and analysis of digital communications signals.
• Knowledge of component testing and antenna measurement.
• Familiar with 5G and LTE technologies.
• Knowledge of wireless physical layers.
• French language is a nice to have.
• EU citizenship is required.

About the role

The Solution Engineer works very close together with our Sales Engineers and plays an important role to anticipate customer test challenges and find the best solution for their measurement applications.

The solution engineer is the technical interface between the customers and the Keysight product development.

You will be part of a team of 20+ experts working across EMEA helping expand business with our customers using your technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, industry experts, and R&D to architect solutions for complex RF challenges.
• Lead customer engagements from a technical engineering standpoint.
• Manage requirements for a wide range of signal analysis and generation, and electronic component test applications, always in front of future state of the art technologies.
• Work across different market segment like wireless, A/D and Automotive.
• Define and execute measurement setups, demos, and technical proposals.
• Collaborate with international teams like factories, engineering, sales.
• Support delivery: instrument configuration, automation workflows, verification tests, and user training.
• Conduct technical sessions (workshops, seminars, measurements) and occasionally produce concise technical documentation.
• Customer visits require frequent travel (> 50% of work time).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Telecommunitions, Electronics Engineering,Physics or related fields isrequired; Master’s preferred (RF/MW/mmW focus).
• Ideally 3/6 years of experience test & measurement or RF system validation.
• Practical experience using Signal Analyzers, Signal Generators, Vector Signal Analyzers is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of RF&MW test fundamentals in theory and practical measurement applications.
• Understanding the fundamentals of generation, demodulation and analysis of digital communication signals.
• Understanding of component test and Antenna measurement.
• Knowledge of key technologies used in different market segments like 5G and LTE.
• Knowledge of wireless Physical layers.
• French language is a strong nice to have.
• UK or EU citizenship is required
