Job summary

EY is seeking a Revenue Planning Lead for Global Clients & Industries within the Enablement & Technology domain. This senior role leads the Global C&I Revenue Planning Team, translating EY’s priorities into actionable revenue plans and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will partner with global and regional leaders, drive governance, nurture AI-enabled planning, and deliver strategic insight across Regions, Service Lines, Growth & Innovation, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent qualification.
• 10–12 years of experience leading complex, large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience in sales, commercial, finance or enterprise planning functions.
• Willingness to travel may be required.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Clients & Industries Revenue Planning Team and translate priorities into action.
• Establish governance and partnering with global/regional leaders for revenue planning.
• Drive AI-enabled planning and process improvement across regions and service lines.
• Provide strategic revenue planning insight and manage senior stakeholder expectations.
• Coach and develop the Revenue Planning team and manage performance metrics.
