Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director in Global Service Line FP&A to advise Service Line CFOs and leaders across Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions, and Tax. You will connect financial, operational and market data to business priorities, strengthening planning, forecasting and management information to support evidence-based decisions.

You will lead analysis, modelling and executive-ready recommendations, driving timely performance reporting while collaborating across global Finance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A, business analysis, or finance partnering experience in a complex organisation.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting and management reporting knowledge.
• Proven ability to deliver actionable financial insight and stakeholder-ready recommendations.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders with clear communication.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools; able to learn new tech.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance adviser to Service Line leaders, linking financial results to commercial drivers.
• Support planning, forecasting and budgeting with robust financial plans and targets.
• Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reporting and insights.
• Provide scenario analyses with clear assumptions, sensitivities and trade-offs.
• Prepare leadership updates and executive presentations for decision-making.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data Analytics, GDS to improve reporting and data quality.
• Promote AI, analytics and Global Finance tools for better insight and efficiency.
• Coach colleagues and promote strong business-partnering behaviors.
