Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director in Global Service Line FP&A to act as a finance adviser to Service Line CFOs and senior leaders across Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions, and Tax. You will translate complex data into clear leadership narratives, strengthen planning, forecasting and management information, and shape timely, evidence-based decisions.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics with professional qualification preferred.
10+ years in FP&A, business analysis, or finance partnering in a complex org.
Strong knowledge of financial management, forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities

Act as trusted finance adviser to Service Line leaders, linking results to performance drivers.
Support planning, forecasting and budgeting with robust financial plans and targets.
Deliver concise weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reporting and insights.
Analyse revenue, margin, costs, pipeline and productivity to identify trends and actions.
Prepare leadership updates and executive presentations with decision-ready narratives.
Collaborate with Finance, Data Analytics and other teams to improve data quality and reporting usability.
