Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in business or luxury retail.
• Strong interest in luxury retail and client experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Familiar with macros or VBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Automate the creation of training materials by linking an Excel database to PowerPoint templates.
• Structure databases for efficient content selection and generation.
• Develop micro-learning formats to engage the retail community.
• Monitor and report on retail performance KPIs with regional teams.
