Job summary

CELINE is seeking an Assistant Global Retail Performance Analyst (F/H/X) to support the Retail Performance Manager in monitoring and improving global sales performance. You will help with monthly/weekly reports, KPI tracking, and ad hoc analyses to drive actions across stores and regions.

You will maintain the cloud database of stores, ensure up-to-date information, and assist in deploying reporting tools and dashboards with the IT team. French and English communication will be essential.

Qualifications

Education: Business School or University.
Good Excel skills; PowerBI is a plus.
Ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
Detail oriented, highly organized and rigorous.
Strong analytic and communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor business performance via monthly/weekly sales reviews and ad-hoc reporting.
Track KPIs (UPT, cross-selling) and implement action plans.
Conduct ad hoc analyses on stores and staff productivity.
Maintain and update the cloud store database with all relevant info.
Create new stores and support training for data tools and processes.
Collaborate across departments to improve data quality and processes.
Work with IT to enhance reporting and dashboards (PowerBI).
Assist with staff planning tools and store performance initiatives.
