Airbus SAS is seeking a Repair Program Manager to join the Repair management team based in Toulouse, France. You will drive the global Repair operations within Aircraft Programs, ensuring visibility and leading quarterly reviews with stakeholders and suppliers to improve throughput and reduce delays.

You will work across international sites, coordinating with FHS and internal teams to align on customer needs, drive cost control, and deliver performance improvements while upholding Airbus values

Responsabilités

• Consolidate the worldwide Repair operational status by Aircraft Program and provide visibility for quarterly reviews.
• Represent Repair Management in FHS transversal meetings and align on top customer needs.
• Review backlog with suppliers and drive cost avoidance, logistics, and KPI development.
• Schedule regular discussions with Repair Managers worldwide and drive performance improvements, including financial aspects.
• Carry out secondary duties and uphold Airbus values and conduct.
