Airbus SAS is seeking a Repair Manager (f/m) based in Toulouse, France, to lead the Repair management team within FHS. You will oversee supplier performance, drive cost, time and quality targets, and maintain strong relationships with global Repair Suppliers to support airlines.

Responsibilities include validating quotations, ensuring on-time repairs, leading cross-functional meetings, and coordinating with teams across Europe, Asia and the USA to resolve delays and optimize supplier

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Supply Chain.
• Strong negotiation skills and results orientation.
• Leadership and ability to drive cross-functional teams.
• Technical background to assess quotations and use CMM.
• English negotiation proficiency.
