Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Repair Program Manager (f/m) to join our Repair management team based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing essential Component Exchange programs for major airlines globally. As part of the Airbus Flight Hour Services (FHS) team, you will be involved in maintaining and communicating a 360 degrees transversal view of the Repair Management situation within the scope of your Aircraft Program aiming at drumbetrain improvement and solution implementations for all major events creating delays within our repair network.

Consolidate the worldwide Repair operational situation by Aircraft Program, provide visibility and lead quarterly reviews for relevant stakeholders/management, and monitor the financial situation in terms of repair costs to address gaps and initiate corrective actions.
Represent Repair Management during FHS transversal meetings , align on top critical customer needs, and work with internal stakeholders to prepare, review, and challenge suppliers recovery plans.
Review backlog situations with top offending suppliers to agree on burn down plans, lead departmental projects (cost avoidance, logistics, repair backlog reductions, KPI development), and ensure shelf-to-shelf improvement.
Schedule regular discussions with Repair Managers worldwide to monitor repair shops, act as the first escalation path, organize repair efforts to resolve abnormal statuses, and drive performance improvement including financial aspects.
Carry out secondary duties including deputation when necessary, and upkeep Airbus Values, Leadership Model, and Code of Conduct.
Strong sense of rigor, organization, and initiative with the ability to work with autonomy under limited supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills, including team spirit and stakeholder management, with the ability to operate in a widely international environment (Europe/Toulouse, Asia/Kuala Lumpur, USA/Miami).
Structured communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
Ability to understand, troubleshoot, simplify, and address complex situations.
Focus on cost control, delivery lead-time improvement, and global repair backlog reduction.
