Airbus is seeking a Repair Network Leader (f/m) in Toulouse to drive the Repair Network for Flight Hour Services. You will lead a global team and coordinate with procurement, engineering and operations to align supplier capabilities with strategic goals.

Based in France, you will own, update and optimize the Repair Network, manage dashboards and escalation processes, and foster continuous improvement across the network to ensure delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or aeronautics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset and experience with data logic and reporting.
• Project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Advanced French and English language skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of five distributed across Kuala Lumpur and Toulouse.
• Own, update and optimize the Repair Network to balance stream leads (Performance, Cost, Transformation).
• Schedule, run and track regular cross-functional meetings; maintain escalation matrices and dashboards.
• Coordinate between procurement, engineering and operations to align supplier capabilities and IT tools.
• Drive Activity Integration and Continuous Improvement for repair network activities.
