Datadog is seeking a Real Estate Associate Project Manager in Paris to lead coworking transactions and oversee global real estate data and reporting initiatives. You will coordinate with Finance, Legal, Procurement and HR teams, maintain audit trails, and develop templates for new transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in Real Estate or Lease Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, with a collaborative, growth-oriented

• 3–5 years in Real Estate or Lease Administration is required.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Strong work ethic with time management skills.
• Team player with customer service focus.
• Experience with real estate data and reporting is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Primary contact to address coworking and process coworking transactions and related items.
• Lead small global coworking transactions.
• Own and develop Real Estate Data and Reporting Project Implementation.
• Provide reporting, tracking and documentation from approval to lease signing.
• Set up project templates and maintain guidelines; run real-time reporting.
• Ensure audit trail and alignment to authority delegations; file leases and docs.
• Track transactions, portfolio data, and lease costs; improve processes.
• Lead Real Estate Reporting for monthly partner reviews.
• Process all transactions and vendor setup through Procurement and Legal.
• Maintain contacts for attorneys and FP&A, Insurance, Treasury, HR teams.
• Consolidate project information for updates to the head of global real estate.
• Maintain Datadog Real Estate Brand and Operational Guidelines.
