Jobtailor in Marseille seeks a final-year student or gap year candidate to support strategic real estate projects in France and internationally. You will define stakeholder needs for office fit-out, coordinate cross-functional teams, and monitor budgets, schedules, and progress.

Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and English fluency are essential. You will help analyze portfolios, prepare dashboards, and contribute to AI-enabled real estate processes, with opportunities to influence decision-making

Qualifications

Final-year student or gap year at an engineering school specializing in Civil Engineering, Construction, Building, HVAC, Energy, or Project Strategy and Management, or at a school of architecture.
Good understanding of real estate and construction projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Awareness of financial and budgetary issues.
Interest in information systems, data, and artificial intelligence.
Fluent in professional-level English.
Proactive and able to bring forward ideas and suggestions.

Responsabilités

Support the definition and implementation of strategic real estate projects in France and internationally.
Define user and stakeholder needs for office fit-out and transformation projects.
Prepare and follow up on office fit-out projects in France and internationally.
Coordinate programming, design, execution, and handover phases.
Monitor schedules, deadlines, project progress, and potential risks.
Attend project meetings and draft meeting minutes.
Coordinate architects, engineering firms, AMO teams, construction companies, inspection bodies, technical service providers, suppliers, and internal departments.
Monitor capital expenditure and operating budgets.
Update project dashboards and consolidate financial data.
Prepare progress reports for senior management and presentation materials for decision-making.
Analyze the real estate portfolio, conduct comparative studies and benchmarking, and assess relocation or consolidation scenarios.
Assess operational, financial, and environmental impacts and prepare recommendations for management.
Define functional requirements for a real estate portfolio management tool.
Formalize real estate business processes and participate in solution design and testing.
Improve the quality and structure of real estate data.
Integrate digital technologies and artificial intelligence into real estate processes.
