Evo Oil Additives FR, a unit of Evonik, seeks a seasoned Professional for Global Capital Projects leadership. You will drive engineering, budgeting, scheduling, and regulatory compliance from planning through handover to Operations, shaping safety and environmental stewardship across the production unit.

Qualifications

• University degree in Chemical or Mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
• French and English fluency; German an asset.
• Basic experience coordinating the work of others.
• Acts independently to apply comprehensive understanding of the business environment and developing solutions.
• Acts as the organization's authority on understanding chemical process and equipment.

Responsabilités

• Ensures Safety and occupational health as well as protection of the environment for all employees and contractors within the production unit.
• Global Project Manager for Capital projects, responsible for engineering and technical realisation, project costs, compliance to budget, project schedule, regulatory compliance and permitting, construction, installation, commissioning and hand-over to Operations.
• Complete the scientific and technical process fundamentals of the unit to be planned.
• Ensures Planning, coordination and monitoring of maintenance activities.
• Management and coordination of internal/external maintenance and technical service departments and providers.
• Planning, controlling and meeting the maintenance budget, including cost of external service providers.
