Evonik in Lauterbourg seeks a Technical Manager to lead capital project delivery, ensuring safety and environmental protection while coordinating across the production unit. You will manage engineering execution, budgets, and regulatory compliance, and drive maintenance planning and energy optimization.

The role requires a chemical or mechanical engineering degree and at least five years of relevant experience, with fluency in French and English; German is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Ensures Safety and occupational health and environmental protection for all employees and contractors.
• Global Project Manager for Capital projects, responsible for engineering and realisation, costs, schedule, and permitting.
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of maintenance activities and budgets.
• Identify and implement improvements in business practices and lead projects within the change management program.
• Develop or operate knowledge management systems and guidance on policy implementation.
