ThunderSoft seeks a seasoned Work Package Leader to drive cross-country project delivery. You will interact with teams across countries and time zones, solving complex program issues and ensuring alignment with stakeholders. Your leadership will enable smooth execution and high-quality results.

You will build and present weekly and stage-gate reports, monitor KPIs, and manage risks, budgets, and schedules, while maintaining a customer-oriented mindset and strong teamwork across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Strong stakeholder and client relationship management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, and schedules.
