Job summary

Linesight is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead data centre land acquisition and infrastructure projects across multiple regions in EMEA. You will coordinate site selection, due diligence, permitting, and stakeholder engagement to drive development from acquisition to readiness.

The role requires strong governance, budgeting, and contract negotiations, with mentoring of junior staff and collaboration with developers, utilities, and authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required or equivalent.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.
• Proven experience delivering data centre/infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
