Checkout.com is seeking a Team Leader, Production to lead a global production operations team across multiple sites. You will merge capacity planning with floor management to ensure the seamless execution of verification tasks while maintaining data integrity and cost-efficiency.

You’ll partner with Customer Success and BPO providers to forecast activity, optimize staffing, and uphold SLA commitments. The role emphasizes structured incident response and continuous improvement in production

Responsabilités

• Direct Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performance team of operators.
• Culture & Alignment: Foster a unified "One Team" culture between internal staff and BPO partners, ensuring productivity and quality.
• Performance Frameworks: Design and oversee performance monitoring frameworks to measure productivity and impact.
• Capacity Planning: Develop and maintain capacity planning models with staffing forecasts.
• Demand Management: Collaborate with Customer Success to forecast merchant activity and adjust staffing levels dynamically.
• Multi-Site Governance: Directly manage production across multiple sites and ensure SLA adherence and cost-efficiency.
• Operational Blueprint: Maintain master documentation for production activities including data access protocols and staffing workflows.
• Business Continuity: Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans to respond to disruptions across sites.
• Incident Frameworks: Maintain on-call rotations and post-mortem reports; ensure efficient incident response.
• Operational Policy: Regularly update policies on merchant prioritization and buffers.
• Post-Mortem Integration: Translate findings into documentation and training modules for continuous improvement.
• Hypervision & Automation: Manage dashboards and identify bottlenecks to automate workflows.
