Checkout.com is seeking a Team Leader, Operations to drive staffing excellence across multiple sites. You will merge capacity planning with direct floor management to meet global SLAs and maintain data integrity and cost-efficiency.

You will oversee a high-performance team, align internal staff with BPO partners, and develop fair performance frameworks while ensuring operational readiness and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience directing a team of operators with measurable performance outcomes.
• Ability to design and implement performance monitoring frameworks.
• Strong focus on cross-site alignment and cost-efficient staffing.
• Familiarity with capacity planning and demand forecasting in a multi-site setup.

Responsabilités

• Line management of 10 operators across locations.
• Develop capacity planning models and update with product launches.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to forecast activity and adjust staffing.
• Maintain master documentation for production activities and incident handling.
• Maintain real-time dashboards for operational health and capacity.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive automation initiatives.
