Job summary

Socomec Sas is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead industrialization of new products in a multi-site corporate environment. You will design production lines, tooling, and work instructions while selecting automation options and ensuring safe, efficient start-up.

You will also define group standards for equipment and processes, and support adoption across sites. Collaboration with production, quality, maintenance, R&D, and procurement is essential to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Master's degree in a technical or industrial field.
Strong proficiency in automated and robotic industrial processes.
Experience in industrial project management, risk analysis, and quality tools (FMEA, 8D).
Good understanding of digital production tools and data reporting (ERP, MES, CMMS, PLM).
Fluent English (B2/C1).

Responsibilities

Lead new product industrialization projects from requirements to production resources.
Design production lines, workstations, tooling and workflows; specify automation options; create SOPs and work instructions.
Create, submit and implement Group standards for production equipment and industrialization; promote adoption across sites.
Support sites in introducing new technologies and standardized, replicable solutions across locations.
Handle handover of new production equipment and train production, methods and maintenance teams.
Participate in the global Methods community and share lessons learned for broader reuse.
