Job summary

Socomec is seeking a Corporate Process Engineer to lead production industrialization efforts, collaborating with production, logistics, quality, maintenance, R&D and procurement across sites. You will define resources, design lines and tooling, and implement standards to ensure safe, cost-effective, and timely production across an international, cross-functional environment.

The role requires a Bac+5 Master’s degree, strong robotics expertise, and experience with ERP/MES/CMMS/PLM, plus fluent

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a technical or industrial field.
• Strong proficiency in automated and robotic industrial processes.
• Experience with ERP, MES, CMMS, PLM and data reporting; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product industrialization projects from defining requirements to production resources.
• Design production lines, workstations, tooling and workflows; define automation/robotization options.
• Create, submit and implement Group standards for production equipment and industrialization practices.
• Support sites in introducing new technologies and standardized solutions across locations.
• Prepare handover of new production equipment and train production, methods and maintenance teams.
• Participate in global Methods discussions and promote knowledge sharing.
