Sensient Technologies Corporation in Saint-Ouen-l’Aumône, France, is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead the transfer of new products to production, organize trials and ensure robust first production runs. You will analyze production performance and drive improvements to reduce scrap and cost while improving quality.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will mentor a junior engineer, manage equipment qualification and validation, and propose investments to sustain industrial

Qualificações

• Engineering degree (Master’s level / 5-year) in Process Engineering or equivalent.
• 8–10 years in a similar industrial role (industrialization, methods, process engineering).
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders on common projects.
• Data-driven decision making using quantitative performance indicators.
• Proven people management and team development experience.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the transfer of new products to production, organize trials and secure first production runs.
• Act as the technical process expert, analyze and optimize production performance.
• Support production teams in resolving complex technical issues during quality investigations.
• Manage equipment qualification and validation.
• Monitor technological developments and propose investment projects to improve performance.
• Develop and support the skills of a junior engineer.
