BIC World seeks a skilled Supply Chain professional to lead complex product switches linked to legal and innovation programs. You will coordinate from strategy to code availability, working with the Category, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely launches and minimize shortages.

The role requires 3–5 years in a fast-paced environment, strong cross-functional collaboration, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced moving environment.
• Experience in the Supply Chain function.
• Proficient with tools such as Excel, JDA, JDE, Cognos, Power BI, WID.
• Good knowledge of BIC product portfolio.
• Ability to lead meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate all projects relating to complex switches with legal or innovation implications affecting artwork.
• Manage and coordinate the switch from overall strategy to availability of new codes.
• Define the switch strategy (soft/hard switch, code changes) with the Switch team.
• Collaborate with Supply chain, program planners, Legal, Marketing, Manufacturing, and PLM.
• Ensure smooth product switches and on-time launches while minimizing shortages or stockouts.
• Minimize overstock and destruction of old codes; analyse and publish KPI data.
