Eaton Mobility Group EMEA is seeking a Senior Supply Chain professional to lead end-to-end NPI activities from concept to launch in a highly international setting. The role involves driving supplier qualification, industrialization, and launch readiness across engineering, quality, and operations teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in automotive supply chain, strong cost modeling, and a track record in Design-to-Cost initiatives. International experience and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Engineering, or Program Management).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or program management.
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs within a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent English.
• PMP or equivalent Project/Program Management certification (preferred).
• International and multicultural experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead supply chain activities from concept through product launch.
• Drive supplier selection, qualification, industrialization, and launch readiness.
• Manage product cost, sourcing decisions, and supply chain risks.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to ensure successful launches.
• Define sourcing strategies and lead RFQ and supplier negotiation activities.
• Drive cost competitiveness through supplier collaboration and Design-to-Cost initiatives.
• Build product cost models and support winning new business opportunities.
