Airbus is seeking a Procurement Contract expert for the Toulouse site to shape the Airbus Procurement contractual landscape. You will provide specialized contractual expertise to buyers and manage negotiations with suppliers, ensuring compliance and robust risk management.

Within the PYC team, you will contribute to defining contract strategy, support bids and awards, and develop training modules to upskill the organization in contracting best practices. Some international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Legal background or contracting knowledge
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Analytical and rigorous with ability to explain complex topics to stakeholders
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to balance contractual and business risks and priorities

Responsabilités

• Provide contractual expertise to buyers during procurement agreements (confidentiality, bailment, complex deals) and support negotiations.
• Approve contractual documentation prior to final signature (e.g., CVF) and ensure compliance with laws and Airbus requirements.
• Support Call for Tenders by assessing bids and guiding negotiations and awards.
• Define contractual strategy for projects and advise stakeholders on contractual implications of supplier initiatives.
• Develop and enhance training and contracting templates to improve contracting processes.
• Travel occasionally for business needs and maintain strong cross-functional collaboration.
