• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proven drafting, negotiating and administering international procurement agreements.
• Understanding of legal regulations, risk management and contract terms.
• Fluency in English and French required.

Responsabilités

• Draft, adapt, and optimize standard and complex procurement contracts throughout their lifecycle.
• Prepare and conduct contract negotiations with or in support of procurement commodity buyers.
• Perform contractual analyses during disputes to ensure business continuity.
• Validate contract summary forms highlighting risks, opportunities and deviations.
• Advise stakeholders on contractual impacts and deliver trainings to develop buyer skills.
