Qualifications

• Solid experience in project management in a complex environment.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, drive alignment and prepare decision‑oriented materials.
• Good understanding of data management, reporting, digital tools and continuous improvement practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and influence without direct authority.
• Structured, autonomous and collaborative mindset, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of IMO DCS and EU MRV regulations

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional projects related to compliance, process improvement, data governance and digital transformation.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, operational constraints, regulatory expectations and IT capabilities.
• Define, implement and continuously improve governance frameworks, including roles and responsibilities, decision processes, documentation standards and escalation mechanisms.
• Scale‑up AI power solutions.
• Structure and monitor project roadmaps, key milestones, risks, arbitration points and management reporting.
• Support data quality, consistency of methodologies and development of reporting or monitoring tools.
• Facilitate communication, knowledge sharing and change management across stakeholders.
