The role requires a master’s degree in engineering and 10+ years in pharmaceutical engineering, including strong GMP knowledge and project leadership. You will lead strategic process improvements and budget planning within a multinational technical organization.

Qualifications

• Master degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of engineering experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Deep expertise in process equipment and implementation of new processes and technologies.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements and risk management.
• Experience in managing complex engineering projects.
• Willingness to travel internationally (around 30%).

Responsabilités

• Act as the internal process expert, providing guidance to production sites.
• Contribute to the process engineering strategy, translating it into goals for local engineering teams.
• Define process engineering requirements for consistent implementation across sites
• Assess new technologies and methodologies for their potential to improve processes.
• Strengthen collaboration across sites through the exchange of expertise and best practices.
• Provide process engineering guidance aligned with safety and quality requirements.
• Oversee the budget for the area of responsibility, focusing on cost-effective investment decisions.
