Cenexi is seeking a Lead Engineering to head the Engineering & Maintenance function for a manufacturing plant in France. The role covers day-to-day operations, maintenance of production lines and critical utilities, installation of new lines, automation, compliance and cost optimization.

Candidate should bring 10–15 years in Engineering/Maintenance, with at least 5 years in Injectable/Sterile pharma manufacturing, strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of overall experience in Engineering/Maintenance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Injectable / Sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Strong experience in production line maintenance, installation and commissioning of new lines
• Experience in plant engineering, automation, CAPA, RCA and preventive maintenance
• Strong understanding of GxP, data integrity and engineering compliance requirements
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing external agencies
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Responsabilités

• Drive breakdown analysis, RCA, CAPA and preventive maintenance.
• Lead plant modernization, automation and engineering improvement projects.
• Manage engineering budgets, maintenance costs and external agencies.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, data integrity, audits and qualification requirements.
• Drive energy conservation, cost reduction and equipment reliability.
• Review and approve equipment qualification/validation documents.
• Provide technical leadership for plant engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality and other functions to ensure smooth plant operations.

Job Overview:
