• Strong knowledge of international pricing principles and access considerations.
• Proactive in developing pricing models, value dossiers and payer materials.

• Develop and implement global pricing strategies aligned with product value and market access requirements.
• Lead pricing and market access strategy for France, including reimbursement planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor pricing trends, HTA outcomes and policy changes to inform strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional market access activities across medical, regulatory, health economics, commercial, finance and legal teams.
• Prepare pricing and reimbursement submissions and negotiation materials for France and priority markets.
• Present pricing recommendations and risks to senior leadership and ensure governance and compliance.
