Job summary

Sanofi in Lyon, France invites applications for a 6-month Global Market Access & Pricing Internship starting January 2027. You will support payer value propositions, HTA milestones, and pricing strategies as part of a cross-functional team.

The program targets Master’s students in Market Access, Health Economics, or Public Health, fluent in English, with the opportunity to develop global launch strategies and lifecycle insights in a real-world pharmaceutical setting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completing a Master’s in Market Access, Health Economics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of HTA principles and payer dynamics.
• Advanced Excel data modeling & PowerPoint for executive presentations.
• Fluent English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Draft and adapt payer value materials and toolkits.
• Monitor global market access timelines and HTA progress.
• Prepare executive briefing materials and dashboards.
• Collaborate with HEVA, Medical Affairs, and strategy teams.
• Conduct secondary research on pricing trends and reforms.
