Job summary

Qualifications

• Six+ years in strategy, finance, consulting or international corporate environments.
• International mindset and experience working internationally.
• Solid financial background with rigorous, multi-priority management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Group Deputy CFO to prepare, prioritise and execute key financial and strategic initiatives.
• Support the Group’s financial trajectory through performance management and business planning processes.
• Develop analyses and recommendations on strategic, financial and operational topics.
• Monitor macroeconomic, industry and competitive developments and assess implications for the Group.
• Prepare clear, compelling executive presentations, briefing notes and decision materials for senior management.
• Translate complex information into clear insights, actionable recommendations and well-supported conclusions.
• Track key decisions and commitments, ensuring ownership and timely follow-through.
• Anticipate issues and propose practical solutions; escalate when needed.
• Contribute to data, automation and AI initiatives that enhance financial analysis and decision-making.
• Coordinate with Finance teams, Business Units and other Group functions for cross-functional collaboration.
• Support the Group Deputy CFO on confidential, high-priority assignments.
