DiliTrust is seeking an experienced People Operations Manager to lead HR across its international footprint from our Paris office. You will manage payroll, HR administration, HRIS and Learning & Development, driving process improvements and ensuring a superior employee experience.

Based in Paris, you will partner with the Head of People Excellence to deliver operational excellence, ensure compliance across jurisdictions and coach a small team to grow service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in People Operations within dynamic, fast‑growing companies and international environments.
• Strong hands‑on expertise across the full employee lifecycle, HR administration, payroll coordination, contracts and HR compliance.
• Experience in project management and HR process deployment, from planning through execution.
• Experience coordinating Learning & Development activities and reporting.
• Fluency in French and English; advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop two People Operations Specialists, setting priorities and ensuring high‑quality service.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, mobility, contracts, amendments and records.
• Deploy global HR processes, policies and playbooks, and continuously improve workflows.
• Act as the first operational escalation point with clear communication and timely resolution.
• Own the MyHR mailbox administration and service quality with proactive support.
• Coordinate HR administration across DiliTrust’s international footprint with local stakeholders.
• Ensure employment docs, payroll inputs, benefits administration and compliance are accurate and timely.
• Be the guarantor of legal and HR compliance across countries in partnership with leaders.
• Create, maintain and improve HR templates and related documents.
