SD Worx is building a new International SAP MPS and BPO organization in France. The Payroll Operations Manager France will lead the Payroll and HR Operations teams, oversee day-to-day payroll operations, and ensure high-quality service delivery for multinational clients.

The role involves staffing, recruitment, performance coaching, and collaboration with country leads to align operations with client expectations and global standards.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of HR and payroll outsourcing experience in an enterprise setting.
• At least 5+ years in a managerial role with team leadership.
• Strong payroll process knowledge, compliance, and global standards.
• Experience managing multinational client relationships and SLAs.

Responsabilités

• Lead Payroll and HR Operations (MPS/BPO) teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and on-time delivery per SLAs.
• Own client relationships and maintain high-quality service delivery.
• Prepare and present KPI reports in client review meetings.
• Manage staffing plans, recruitment, and team development.
• Drive continuous improvement in payroll processes with global alignment.
