European Space Agency in Paris invites applications for an Internship in the Legal Services Department - Institutional Law Division. You will join a team handling internal rules, international law and EU law aspects relevant to ESA's operations.

This international internship offers practical legal research and drafting experience. You must be a university student in your final or penultimate year of Master’s studies, enrolled for the full duration of the internship, with fluency in English and

Qualifications

• You must be a university student, preferably in your final or second-to-last year of university course at Master's level.
• You must be enrolled at your university for the entire duration of the internship.
• Working languages are English and French; knowledge of another ESA Member State language is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Carry out legal research and analysis on public international law and the relevant national laws of the jurisdictions in which the Agency operates.
• Prepare and contribute to the drafting, review and processing of a variety of legal instruments and other documents.
• Monitor and review developments in international law and its practical application in international organisations.
• Support the work of legal officers and the Department’s daily operations.
