BIC World in Marne-la-Vallée seeks a Senior Production Manager to lead multiple production departments, drive safety culture, and optimize cost and efficiency across the plant. You will oversee budgets, headcount, and scheduling while ensuring quality and timely delivery to European markets.

You will coordinate with Logistics, Procurement, and Core Tech to align actions with strategic goals and develop the team toward operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing.
• 15+ years in Manufacturing / Production.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Experience with unionized staff and plant financials.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and production processes.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to translate action plans into concrete results.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the safest conditions for all employees and promote safety culture.
• Review and consolidate the department budget for the upcoming year.
• Control operations, expenses, headcount, investments and purchasing over 1,000 USD totaling 1 M€ per year.
• Advance initiatives to enhance organizational culture and equity.
• Guarantee service level and execute production schedules for internal and external customers.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and certifications.
• Deploy resources per production line and manage maintenance and usage.
• Report production results and define continuous improvement actions.
• Coordinate production activities for new starts and improvements in collaboration with logistics.
• Provide technical support in industrial or core tech projects.
• Achieve operational efficiency KPIs and design improvement plans.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Core Tech, Innovation and Quality Lab teams.
