Autoliv France is seeking a Shift Leader to drive safety, quality, cost and delivery in a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment. You will lead, support and develop production teams on a daily basis.

This role requires a Master's degree and proven experience managing production teams, with strong Lean manufacturing know-how and excellent English. Availability for shift-based work and hands-on leadership on the shop floor are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Production or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing production teams.
• Experience in automotive industry is a plus.
• Professional level of English.

Responsabilités

• Lead, support and develop production teams daily.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.
• Drive production performance and meet operational targets.
• Coordinate activities with Maintenance, Quality and Logistics teams.
• Contribute to Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Support employee development and skills growth.
