Imerys is seeking an experienced Operations Management professional to lead continuous improvement initiatives across France, the UK, and Germany. The role focuses on SQDCPE and involves coordinating cross-functional teams to deploy and sustain performance-boosting programs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in operations management, Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, and fluent French and English. Travel up to 30% across sites will be required.

Formación

• Engineer or equivalent.
• 5+ years proven experience in Operations Management and Operational Excellence program management.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or above.
• Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in a culturally diverse global company; German would be advantageous.
• Ability to travel abroad up to 30%.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to define and execute continuous improvement programs.
• Improve industrial performance (SQDCPE) and deploy programs across sites.
• Support analysis of processes to enable safety, efficiency, and quality improvements.
• Generate detailed improvement initiatives with plant managers.
• Provide project support and expertise for deployment and improvement projects.
• Monitor progress and savings; maintain documentation for reports and data.
