AUMOVIO seeks a Head of Sales – ADAS to lead strategic OEM relationships and drive profitable growth across the full vehicle program lifecycle. Based in Rambouillet, the role oversees commercial strategy, pricing governance, and lifecycle profitability for the ADAS portfolio.

The ideal candidate will manage executive-level OEM relationships, develop the ADAS roadmap, and collaborate with Engineering, PM, and Operations to deliver competitive, technically feasible solutions across Europe.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years managing customers in automotive including OEMs such as McLaren, JLR, Volvo, Renault, Stellantis, Ford or BMW
• Project Management skills
• Proven communication skills with capability to install trust with the customer as well internally
• Holistic view of automotive business

Responsabilités

• Drive profitable business growth through new acquisitions, RFQ competitiveness, portfolio expansion, and lifecycle margin protection.
• Lead global OEM accounts by maintaining executive relationships with key decision-makers.
• Define and deploy the ADAS commercial roadmap aligned with growth objectives, market trends, customer needs, and technology evolution.
• Cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Program Management, Operations, Purchasing, Finance, Quality, and Product Management to deliver competitive solutions.
