Eaton Mobility Group EMEA is seeking a Senior NPI Supply Chain professional to lead end-to-end product introductions for automotive technologies. You will drive supplier selection, qualification, and industrialization, ensuring cost targets and launch readiness across cross-functional teams in Europe.

Ideal candidates will have a Master’s in a related field, 5+ years in automotive supply chain or program management, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Program Management or related field.
• 5+ years in automotive supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or program management.
• Experience supporting NPI programs in manufacturing.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Lead supply chain activities from concept through product launch.
• Drive supplier selection, qualification, industrialization, and launch readiness.
• Manage product cost, sourcing decisions, and supply chain risks.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Operations for successful launches.
• Define sourcing strategies and lead RFQ and supplier negotiations.
