Mars is seeking a Supply Chain Development Manager for the RC EKA unit in Europe with 5+ years in end-to-end SCM, CI/Lean, and heavy collaboration across multiple functions. The role focuses on deploying the DiB programme and building capabilities from factory to customer while aligning with regional/global stakeholders.

You will lead CI roadmaps, coordinate QMS activities, and drive KPI improvements across logistics, sustainability, and service initiatives within a pan-European network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in (Industrial) Engineering and/or Manufacturing.
• 3–5 years working experience in manufacturing and/or CI/Lean and/or IE.
• Process development/deployment, Project Management in various industries.
• Nice to have 2+ years supply planning, demand planning and/or logistics operations.
• End-to-end supply chain experience within a global/European business (5+ years).
• Must demonstrate successful project management experience within supply chain/logistics/planning management.
• Strong influencing skills to senior management.
• Strong collaboration skills in a matrix organisation.
• High level of technical skills within Excel, PowerBI, data analysis; AI experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead ongoing review of EKA supply chain DiB initiatives and search for new opportunities.
• Lead the wider EKA Supply chain team through our continuous improvement roadmap.
• Manage projects to develop and start new supply chain capabilities.
• Lead deployment of supply chain standard processes and tools and digitalization with stakeholders.
• Coordinate continuous improvement across supply chain activities from factory to customer.
• Initiate and support local DIB for LCC/OH/Cash/Service initiatives.
• Lead EKA’s CI roadmaps with customers and run SC steerco meetings.
• Lead Mars Quality Management (QMS) process for RC EKA and ensure adherence.
• Deliver annual DiB KPIs (e.g., 5% logistics costs, 10% sustainability reductions YoY).
• Support tender process, tax compliance, procurement initiatives across all SC service providers.
