Eaton Mobility Group EMEA in Europe seeks a senior Supply Chain professional based in Montrottier, France (or Tczew, Poland) to lead NPI from concept to launch and coordinate cross-functional teams internationally.
Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, driving supplier qualification and negotiations, and managing cost and risks across the product lifecycle; fluency in English is required, with international experience and knowledge of SAP/Oracle beneficial.

This position can be based in either Tczew, Poland or Montrottier, France, offering the opportunity to work in a highly international environment and collaborate with global teams, suppliers, and customers across Europe and beyond.
Whether supporting product industrialization, supplier development, or strategic growth initiatives, you'll play a key role in bringing innovative products from concept to successful launch.
Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.
