Eaton is seeking a strategic Program Manager for its Energy Transition division across Europe, responsible for leading NPI programs and supporting EU commercial activities. The role requires coordinating with product, engineering, finance, IT, and operations to ensure a standardized NPI process and successful deployment of integrated solutions.

The position is remote across the EU with 50% program leadership and 50% commercial coordination, reporting to the EVCI Commercial Leader, EMEA, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in program and project management, including governance methodologies, processes, and tools.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading New Product Development (NPD) / New Product Introduction (NPI) programs within a stage-gate environment.
Experience in Eaton's Integrated Solutions domains, including power distribution equipment, EV charging infrastructure, and/or battery energy storage systems (BESS).
Ability to coordinate across engineering, product management, operations, commercial, supply chain, finance, IT, and external partners.

Responsabilités

Implement and improve program management tools and processes using PROLaunch and agile methodologies.
Lead cross-functional teams to set structure, cadence, objectives, and performance metrics.
Prioritize interdepartmental portfolio and manage financials and business impact.
Ensure scope and on-time delivery within technical, schedule, cost, and quality constraints.
Maintain detailed schedules and robust communication with senior leaders and partners.
