Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Director of Central NPM & Inventory Control to lead the global NPM execution and inventory governance across the network.

You will partner with PDT, SCP, and manufacturing to ensure successful NPI, predictable commitments, and optimized inventory using AI-enabled planning tools. The role requires extensive experience in semiconductor operations, spanning NPI management, planning transformation, and cross-functional leadership across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or Manufacturing Engineering.
• MBA/EMBA is a plus for leadership and transformation programs.
• 15+ years in semiconductor operations, supply chain planning, or NPI management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Central NPM Organization and establish the operating model across sites.
• Drive end-to-end NPI execution and on-time customer commitments.
• Own global inventory governance and improve turns and working capital.
• Improve cycle time, throughput, and planning transformation through AI-enabled tools.
